If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
Your Right of Return
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your product, without stating a reason. This applies to every product in our catalog.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged.
- It must be returned complete, in its original packaging with all mounting parts and accessories.
- Your return request must reach us within 15 days of delivery.

Let us know via WhatsApp or phone that you'd like to return your order — just share your order details.

Prepare the product
Pack the product complete, in its original packaging. We'll guide you through the shipping process.

Return completed
Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your refund is processed and we let you know.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order if you wish.
Delivery and Shipping
Preparation time
5-7 business days — every piece is made to order in our atelier.
Shipping time
3-5 business days — we ship anywhere in Turkey.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders of ₺2,500 and above. Below that, the shipping cost depends on the size of the product and is confirmed to you before your order is finalised.
